We are not responsible for any return shipping charges in case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or place an incorrect order after receiving it. If you insist on returning the item, you can contact us by email to specify the reason for the return and request a return label. Our customer service team will inform you of the shipping costs. And you should return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components to us. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. You can check the logistics status on the official website of the logistics company and contact the courier company directly. Or you can contact us by email and we will contact the courier company. If you verify that the package was lost, we will make a claim with the courier to resolve your problem. It takes about a week to get the results from the transport company.
